The collaboration, launched in 2025, focuses on developing the commercial capabilities, customer interactions and collaboration skills of new Škoda sales consultants and sales leaders in a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
Flow2Work serves as the lead sales training partner in collaboration with Faros & Com, which provides the digital learning platform supporting the program. The initiative is delivered as a long-term certification-based development journey designed to embed new ways of thinking and working into everyday sales activities and customer interactions.
